My Mission is to Provide...

 

A safe, friendly and fun environment for each individual within my care to explore, interact with others, develop and thrive to their potential; whether it is indoor or outdoor activities. 

 

Provide positive well-being; this is done by providing a friendly, calm and relaxing environment where children can take part in a variety of activities such as messy play, arts and crafts, going on outings, woodland walks and exploring the variety of toys either indoor or outside. 

 

Working in partnership with parents; I believe working in partnership with the parents should be positive and working as a team to ensure the welfare of the child and help the individual they reach their development and potential needs.

To treat each child as an individual; I understand every individual is unique and develops at their own pace. Therefore I will care, supervise and help them develop their communication, physical, emotional and develop an understanding of the world around them through their personal interests and ideas. 

My Goal

My goal is to provide what is best for each individual as I believe every child deserves to get the best and equal start in life. This is so they have the chance to succeed to their needs through exploring, playing, developing their interest and expressing their ideas and thoughts with others.
